The fashion motto, “It’s all in the accessories,” is just as true for the grill as for the little black dress. It’s not so much what you grill as what you serve with it. Fruity relishes, cooling salsas and hearty pestos jazz up simple grilled chicken, fish or beef. Add a zippy rub or a tasty marinade to the meat and you have a contrast of flavors. Maybe the best part of all is that you can mix and match as you like.
