Ready for asparagus with attitude? These long-stemmed beauties aren’t afraid to get a little sassy on the plate, especially after channeling their inner Elle Woods from "Legally Blonde" to capture diners’ attentions. After all—no veggie can bend and snap better.

We prefer old-fashioned snapping to stalk snipping when preparing asparagus because the spear will naturally break in its proper place. Bending and snapping not only conserves more of the good and tasty green but also provides a fun kitchen activity for kids.
