Sugar and spice may make everything nice, but eggnog makes it taste like Christmas.

Here we've got a recipe for a creamy, unspiked but still decadent eggnog that's perfect for Christmas Eve toasting—add bourbon or rum if you like your 'nog with a little 'tude. Save the leftovers and use in a heavenly cake from the "Queen of Quick," Holly Clegg. It's so moist and rich it needs nary a glaze—only a fine dusting of powdered sugar.
