So true. While we can’t stop aging, there are some things we can do to age healthfully—one of which is to eat well. Try incorporating these top three foods shown to slow down aging, which help maintain a healthy body and keep skin looking radiant.


Reservatrol, found in the skin of red grapes, is an anti-inflammatory and can help slow the aging process. Reservatrol has also been shown in select studies to help protect against UV radiation damage—one of the biggest culprits in making skin look prematurely aged and wrinkled. Whether you eat them plain, frozen, or in the form of a glass of red wine, including grapes in your diet will give you boost of healthy antioxidants and keep your skin looking youthful.

People living in Mediterranean regions that incorporate olive oil into their daily diet actually have longer life expectancies than North Americans!

Salmon is typically served in America's North West for New Year's, and like pigs, the swimmer symbolizes luck.
